Here’s what you need to prepare:
- 2 Valid Government-issued IDs:
Must be clear and back-to-back copies. These confirm your identity and are required for any legal housing transaction. - Buyer’s Information Sheet:
A fully filled-out form that collects personal, employment, and contact information essential to processing your application. - Proof of Billing (Optional):
Used to confirm your address, especially helpful if it matches your government IDs. - ₱15,000 Reservation Fee:
Secures your selected unit. This amount is deductible from the total price or downpayment. - For OFWs:
Include a notarized Attorney-in-Fact Form and a valid ID of your representative in the Philippines. This allows someone else to act on your behalf legally.
